Great shop with friendly knowledge staff great at getting you in and out!

Can’t drive due to a cast on my leg. Squeezed me in on short notice for inspection while I had a driver available. Passed me but forwarned me I will need to replace rear brakes after another oil change or so. Very helpful to be able to budget for the repair.

My windshield wiper fluid was not working. I learned it’s common for the nozzle to blow off in winter if it was frozen when I attempted to use it because of the pressure build up that’s not released. They reattached it and now it works all in 30 min. Always a good experience at Vidler’s!

Bobby, Justin, everyone here has always taken care of my crazy Jeep problems I bring them 🤣 but especially a huge thanks this week during all this crazy weather they were able to get me in and out after my brakes completely went out! Thank you guys for all your hard work keeping my daughter & I safe on the road!

Bobby at Vidler’s Automotive was incredible! He took the time to patiently explain exactly what was wrong with my car and all the options I had to fix it. What stood out most was his genuine compassion, he understood my situation and never pressured me, just gave me the space to make the best decision. The entire team went above and beyond, and the quality of their work shows. My car drives better now than the day I bought it. It’s rare to find an auto shop that truly cares about their customers, but Vidler’s does and it shows!
